Tickets will be on sale at the curling club from Monday, 6:30 pm – Sunday, after the last draw/ curling match of the evening.
The drawing of the ticket will be on Sunday after the last draw of the evening.
The winning ticket holder will be contacted on Monday morning and the card must be drawn by Monday, 6pm, at Thistle St. Andrew’s Curling Club.
A substitute may be authorized to draw the card, if the winning ticket holder is unable to.
When a winner comes forward with their winning ticket they receive a 20% of that week’s ticket sales.
30% of that week’s ticket sales will then be added to the jackpot. They then cut the deck of cards and retrieve one card from the deck. If they do not pull the Ace of Spades, then the card pulled will be removed and destroyed as to not be played again.
50% of that week’s ticket sales will go to the Thistle St. Andrew’s Curling Club.
However, if the Ace of Spades is drawn, the winner will receive their 20% (of that week’s sales) /winnings plus the additional 30% (of that week’s sales)/ winning as well as whatever amount has accumulated in the rising jackpot and the game will be officially declared over.
