great plans we have for the 2008 / 2009 curling season !!!

Practice & Spare Policy

Hi Members,

As you likely have noticed this season there has been four lifts of staging/scaffolding sitting in our Ice Shed.
The staging is needed each year to perform pre-season maintenance (lights, dehumidifiers, etc.).
The staging costs us approximately $3.00 per lift x 4 lifts = $12.00 per day + $80.00 delivery charge.
At this point this is a necessary expense, as we do not have our own scaffolding.

I am sending out this request to see if any of you have staging laying around your house or cottage that you
either do not want any longer and would consider donating (or selling at a reasonable price), or would be
looking for a place to store the scaffolding throughout the winter months.

If you or someone you know could help us out with this issue, you can contact any Board member or myself (847-4958)
any time. It would be of great benefit to all curlers.
